What will you have to pay for our services

Our advice and recommendation service is free. During our first meeting we will complete a Mortgage & Remortgage questionnaire so that we can give you the appropriate advice. Once we have made our recommendations to you we will confirm our advice in writing.

We only charge a fee for processing your mortgage and because we are independent we can offer you different payment options for processing your mortgage.

We are authorised and regulated by the FSA (Financial Services Authority). Our FSA registration number is 300332.
